CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR
WORLD CUP FINALISTS

Laurie Shong (ME), Joshua McGuire (MF) and Emiko Ihara (WE) all placed in the top 8 in World Cup competitions on the weekend.

At the senior level, Josh reached his second World Cup final of the season placing 6th in Beijing, China, while Laurie earned a sixth career World Cup top 8 placing with a 7th in London, England. In both cases they were the only Canadian representatives at these World Cups.

At the junior level, Emiko finished 8th at the Junior World Cup in Burgos, Spain. Jean-Pierre Seguin (ME) finished 16th at the same competition.

FINALISTES EN COUPE DU MONDE

Laurie Shong (EH), Joshua McGuire (FH) et Emiko Ihara (EF) on tous terminé parmi les 8 premiers à des compétitions de la Coupe du Monde ce week-end.

En senior, Josh a atteint le tableau final pour la seconde fois cette saison, se classant 6e à Beijing (Chine), tandis que Laurie a terminé 7e à Londres (Grande-Bretagne). Dans les deux cas, ils étaient les uniques représentants du Canada à ces Coupes du Monde.

Au niveau junior, Emiko s'est classée 8e a la Coupe du Monde Junior de Burgos (Espagne). Jean-Pierre Seguin (EH) s'est classé 16 au meme tournoi.
