The 2008-09 memberships have now expired (July 31, 2009. You are required to have your 2009-10 licences as well as your provincial memberships. Fencers who have not purchased a licence, or are not affiliated with their province will not be allowed to compete at CSC #2 / Sr. Nationals. This licence is a requirement for anybody participating in any fencing activity, whether it be competitions, clinics, coaching, refereeing, etc.
